Product Refund Policy

Any returns not accompanied by a (RMA) return material authorization issued by the seller will be refused.  All authorized returns must be unused and in their original condition, include all items and components that were included in the original package for refund or replacement within 14 days of purchase. All products returned to Mike Turbo Inc for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable.

No returns or refunds accepted on custom orders (custom turbochargers and/or components).

Core Refunds

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some All cores returned for credit must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice within 15 days of purchase. All cores are subject to review for missing or damaged parts which could directly affect credit. Cores must be in the same condition as removed from engine.

All refunds will be given using the same form of payment as original core charge. Credit cards refunds will only be returnable to the exact same credit card number as original charge.

Taxes, Duties, and Fees: “Florida buyers”

Florida buyers must have a current resale certificate on file with the state of Florida and with seller or provide the appropriate export documents or pay the appropriate Florida sales tax. Buyers is responsible for clearing customs and for any import duties, taxes or fees.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

WARRANTY POLICY

TURBOCHARGER WARRANTY

All new OEM and factory remanufactured turbocharger are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of invoice. Any warranty request on OEM products will have to be evaluated by the manufacturer only. We have no control over warranty processing time, freight cost or evaluation procedures or outcome. No Warranty: Turbine wheel or bearings that are scorched, scored, seized, grooved, melted bearings or turbine wheel will void any warranty. No Warranty on high performance parts & products: the purchaser understands and recognizes that high performance turbochargers and services sold by Mike Turbo Inc are exposed to many and varied conditions due to the manner no warranties either expressed or implied including any warranty of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose. Purchasers of our products agree to accept full responsibility for any loss of factory and or loss of product life. Failure to install new oil feed line when replacing a turbo will void any and all warranty. Turbine housing cracking is not covered by OEM manufacturer due to falling under the category of miss use of the turbocharger.

All products are for off-road use only. Check your federal, state, and local laws regarding the use of performance parts.

REPAIRED TURBOCHARGER WARRANTY:     

All turbocharger repaired by Mike Turbo Inc are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase, warranty for turbos is limited to repair or replacement by Mike Turbo Inc. warranty will not be honored in case of damage or malfunction due to oil related improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized dissemble or alteration or external physical damage. No warranty is made for any claims for special indirect or consequential damages (including but not limited to component removal or installation/equipment down time, prospective profits, mechanic, or any other economic loss) due to any defect deemed otherwise warranted by Mike Turbo Inc.

Any turbocharger and/ or parts unpaid/abandoned left in Mike Turbo Inc longer than 30 days without any communication from the owner shall become property of Mike Turbo Inc to cover expenses incurred. No Warranty: Turbine wheel or bearings that are scorched, scored, seized, grooved, melted bearings or turbine wheel will void any warranty.
