Repaired Turbocharger Warranty:
All turbocharger repaired by Mike Turbo Inc are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase, warranty for turbos is limited to repair or replacement by Mike Turbo Inc. Warranty claim can take up to 1-3 Days. warranty will not be honored in case of damage or malfunction due to oil related improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized disassemble or alteration or external physical damage. We are not responsible for any component removal or installation/equipment down time, prospective profits, mechanic, or any other economic loss in the event of damages. Any turbocharger and/ or parts unpaid/abandoned left in Mike Turbo Inc longer than 30 days without any communication from the owner shall become property of Mike Turbo Inc to cover expenses incurred.
Limited Warranty Turbochargers:
All new OEM and factory remanufactured turbochargers are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of invoice. Products supplied by us that are branded by other companies are warranted pursuant to the terms and conditions that are provided through the brand under which they are sold. Any warranty request on OEM products will have to be evaluated by the manufacturer only. We have no control over warranty processing time, freight cost or evaluation procedures or outcome a warranty claim can take up to 1-2 weeks. Very importantly, the turbo manufacturer doesn’t give you the MONEY BACK. If the part is under warranty, they’ll give you another turbo or credit to use with us in the future. We understand that you can’t be out of work for 1-3 weeks. In that case, we give you the option to buy another turbocharger, and when the manufacturer responds to the warranty, and if it’s under warranty, we’ll refund your money back. Purchasers of our products agree to accept full responsibility for any loss of factory and or loss of product life. No warranty is made for any claims for special indirect or consequential damages (including but not limited to component removal or installation/equipment down time, prospective profits, mechanic, or any other economic loss) due to any defect deemed otherwise warranted by Mike Turbo Inc.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
-Failure to install new oil feed line when replacing a turbo will void any and all warranty.
-Turbine housing cracking is not covered by OEM manufacturer due to falling under the category of miss use of the turbocharger.
– No Warranty on high performance parts & products: the purchaser understands and recognizes that high performance turbochargers sold by Mike Turbo Inc are exposed to many and varied conditions due to the manner no warranties either expressed or implied including any warranty of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose.
– Warranty will not be honored in case of damage or malfunction due to improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized disassemble or alteration or external physical damage.
– Not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
warranty policy does not cover towing costs, labor costs, or costs to replace other parts of the vehicle in the event of damages.
Payment Terms: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express and for all purchases. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any.
Product Refund Policy
Unused and uninstalled parts may be returned within 30 days of purchase. All products returned to Mike Turbo Inc for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee for all returns. This fee is waived with an offsetting order. Shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, and freight collect core returns will not be accepted. No returns or refunds accepted on custom orders (custom turbochargers and/or components. Special order items, replacement parts, items that have been installed, and obsolete or discontinued products are not eligible for returns.
Electronic Actuator
Mike Turbo Inc offers a limited 3 month’s warranty on all VGT Electronic actuator from the date of purchase. All new and remanufactured units are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Items covered under warranty are eligible for exchanges only. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs for exchanging your product.
Warranty Exclusions
Turbo actuator warranty is not covered by the following conditions:
-improper installation or lack of proper maintenance
-overheating due to lack of coolant or oil lubrication to the turbocharger
-impact or puncture damage to housings
-internal circuit board burns from pre-existing electrical conditions outside of the turbo actuator
-presence of internal water/moisture damage to circuit board
Core Refunds:
Core return freight is the responsibility of the customer.
All cores returned for credit must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice within 30 days of purchase. All cores are subject to review for missing or damaged parts which could directly affect credit. Cores must be in the same condition as removed from engine. All refunds will be given using the same form of payment as original core charge.
